Shipping policy

Made to order
Every Petee item is made for you after you order. Printing usually takes 2–7 business days; your order then ships free within the United States with tracking and arrives 3–6 business days later. We email the tracking link as soon as it ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship only to US addresses, including APO/FPO where the carrier accepts them. Please give a complete deliverable address; we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Several items
Items in one order may be printed in different places and arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Delays and delivery problems
If we can't ship within the time shown, we'll tell you the new date and you can cancel for a full refund. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@petee.co and we'll reprint it or refund you. Petee stays your only point of contact.
