Scope
These terms govern using Petee (petee.co/us), its studio and Petee accounts. Purchases are governed by the Terms of sale, which name the seller.

Accounts
A Petee account is optional and free. You sign in with a passkey, Google or a code sent by email; keep the device and email account you sign in with secure. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

Your photos and designs
Upload only photos and words you may use. They stay yours; you let PETEE process them only to show your designs, keep the ones you save and make the items you order, as the privacy notice describes.

Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference, scraping that impairs the service, or anything unlawful or infringing.

Intellectual property
PETEE’s branding, Petee the cat, the site’s text, design and media are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property.

Liability and law
The site is provided as it is, and features may change. The Terms of sale’s law, liability and severability clause applies to these terms as well.
