Seller
The seller is Mael Rouault, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), registered commercial name PETEE, as the Legal notice identifies the business. Petee is the storefront brand. Contact hello@petee.co.

Scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases at Petee’s United States shop of personalized pet goods printed to order with your own photos and words. The product page, the checkout summary, the Shipping policy, the Return and refund policy, the Privacy policy and the Legal notice form part of the pre-contract information.

Product, price, and currency
Each product page shows the product, its sizes, materials and care, and its price. Orders are charged in US dollars (USD). The checkout total shows free shipping, any discount and any tax we must collect before you confirm an obligation to pay. An obvious pricing or technical error does not require PETEE to accept an order; PETEE will explain and refund if necessary.

Your designs
You confirm that you may use the photos and words you put on an item and that they infringe no one’s rights. PETEE prints them only to make your order and may refuse a design that is unlawful or infringing, with a full refund.

Order and payment
You review the bag, the destination, your contact details, the delivery estimate and the total before paying. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout; PETEE never receives your full card details. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the contract is made when PETEE confirms the order. PETEE may check payment, fraud, address and delivery route first, and if it cannot accept or fulfil a paid order, it cancels it and refunds you in full. PETEE provides the order confirmation and invoice the law requires.

Delivery
We ship only to US addresses. Delivery is free and tracked: printing usually takes 2–7 business days, then delivery 3–6 business days, as the Shipping policy states. Items may be printed by our printing partner in different places and arrive separately; PETEE remains the seller and your only contact for the order.

Withdrawal, returns, and guarantees
Items made to your specifications and clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law allows. The Return and refund policy says how a damaged, defective or misprinted item is reprinted or refunded. French and eligible EU consumers keep the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, and other customers every remedy their local law makes mandatory. No remedy waits on our printing partner.

Complaints and mediation
Send complaints to hello@petee.co with the order number. PETEE will investigate and normally reply within two business days. The contracted French consumer mediator's name, address, and website will be added before checkout opens. Until that convention is signed and published, the store remains closed to payment.

Law and liability
French law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights of their country. PETEE does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, product safety, statutory conformity, data protection or any mandatory consumer remedy; subject to those rules, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. The terms in force when an order is placed govern it, and if one clause is unenforceable, the others still apply as far as lawful.
