What kind of photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo where your pet’s whole head is visible and nothing covers the face. Phone photos are perfect. Two pets in one photo work too.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed within 2–7 business days and arrive 3–6 business days later. Shipping in the US is free and tracked.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each piece is made just for you, we can’t take back items you’ve changed your mind about. If anything arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, tell us within 30 days and we’ll reprint it or refund you.
What happens to my photo?
It’s used only to make your design and your order. Photos and designs that are never ordered are deleted after 30 days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship within the United States today; more countries are coming.
